The Irish Individual buzzer quiz championship for 2015 will be held in Tyrone in August. I am hoping to be visiting the extreme points of Ireland in August, and as the coup de grāce I am totally agog with excitement at the prospect of a few beers and some good company up north.

If you have come to this page wishing to enter, please join the facebook group and confirm attendance, and turn up on the day. I am not sure how many people will be there, but entry will be on a first come first served basis. You are welcome to join in for free if you have not done it before, but £5 in the prize kitty would be sweet. Bring some questions. Again, that's not crucial, but if you can lift 60 or so you will get a chance to host a tilt.

There will be a Special, with a trophy, entitled "50 Answers containing the names of Irish provinces, counties and cities"

I could not imagine a better place for a holiday. You can get a ferry from Liverpool to Belfast for twenty quid if you shop around and Dungannon is just over an hour from Belfast by bus
