You would think I would know exactly what to take camping, but whatever, here are a couple of lists. The thing to do is take the list, please please add to it (I'm sure you will spot loads of omissions), then sit down and prune it, eg, A dog lead is not required unless you have the dog. Don't forget to take the headings, eg where 'Tent' is in bold, take the tent.
